Sawmill Grill in Oxford

Fast service and good burger and fries.

While touring the the Downtown area of Oxford,Pa, some of the locals told me they had the best food in town. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff, Erin my waitress was superb. Had the crab soup and and corn bread for starters. Crab soup was just as good as I here in Canton, Maryland, corn bread fell apart easily and had to use a spoon to eat it. But this proved good cause a spoon full of corn bread and then crab soup chaser. Main entree was crab cakes and greens beans and six ounce sirloin. Green Beans were excellent, steak cooked well , but crab cakes only a few pieces of lump crab meat. Overall great meal, great atmosphere and fine folks serving a good meal.

Delicious Irish Chicken entree!!! This place was great. It was our first time eating there and we will definitely be back. We took our 90 year old grandmother there for dinner and she really enjoyed the food. The only complaint would be the loud echoes from other customers in the room while the place was busy. Other than that, great food and comfortable atmosphere.

Here I thought I couldn't go wrong with chicken tenders but boy was I wrong I am really disappointed.

This is a super choice for lunch or casual dining. Simple but charming bar and dining space. The menu has imaginative items as well as solid standbys like burgers. I had the chicken chili with cornbread that was fresh- baked. Delicious! Serving staff is friendly and attentive.

Absolute best wings I've ever had (order them with sauce on the side). Pretty good beers, and the nicest owners and service! Burgers are great, and I hear the steaks are as well.

Got our order wrong, burgers tasted like they had been cooked in microwave, not the same quality as pre-covid

Just moved into town and had to try this place. Absolutely AMAZING. Got the Sweet Chilli Wings. BEST WINGS I HAVE EVER HAD. All their food so far has been shockingly good. Had to write a review.

Stopped in for lunch on a very cold Friday afternoon. Parking was easy within 80 feet of the door, but it cost a dollar for an hour. Service was good except they never came back once my class was empty until the end and it was time for the check. Burgers are cooked nicely. I had the special brunch Burger, and the egg was over medium and yolk still intact!. The Sidewinder fries were better than I expected. I don't like steak fries and they looked awfully thick, but they were pretty crispy on both sides. We are over an hour from home, but I would definitely eat here again if I was in the neighborhood

Great food. Excellent preparation and flavors. Noise level is suitable for conversation. Great for a date or friends get together.

Have not been here for a while. The dining area has expanded and they had a lot of servers on. Came at the end of my wife's Xmas party and the had a nice setup and the food that I had was good.

Cool place that was recommended by Wayvine Vineyard owners. Food was geeat, wings where meaty and Delicious, Prime rib sandwich did not disappoint either. We will definitely be back

Great spot for creative takes on pub style food. Menu has a wide variety of options, all done with little tweaks that make them unique. Service is efficient and friendly. Prices are in line with those expected in the region. Our meals came quickly and were quite good.

Went to herrs tour. Stopped for lunch after. Food was good. Chesser steak excellent. Only down side was crab soup and chili came out look warm. They were delicious just needed to be hotter.

Great atmosphere and super staff. We were seated promptly and waited on just as quick. Our meals were delicious. Our appetizers and our meal were nicely spaced so we were not rushed to eat. Our server made sure we never had to ask or wait for anything.The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very clean and cozy. This was our first time visiting. We will be back. Nice interior with wonderful wall hangings, great and friendly staff, good beer selections and interesting cocktail menu...food was tasty, fresh and quickly served...no reservations were required and there is outside seating...go enjoy a meal with some friends...I think would be good place to visit if alone👍

Their food is GREAT. Also it's within walking distance from my house so being able to have a few drinks with dinner and not have to worry about driving is also nice. The staff is always very polite and the owners make the time talk to as many ppl as they can. Best place in town that's for sure.

We just Picked up our order. Extremely disappointed!!! Bison burger tasted like a frozen burger. Chicken tenders tasted like they were cooked earlier today and microwaved. Mozzarella sticks aka cheese logs horrible. Paid $95 dollars for all. It’s a shame this wasA birthday dinner!!! Never ever again!!

Great spot! Big, big fan of the Miller Lite tall boys and Buffalo Chix sandwich. Tons of flavors; it's great.The only thing that's unfortunate is only certain types of people are allowed to be patrons¯\_(ツ)_/¯

We had a great time, food and atmosphere was great. Our waitress was also good. Only complaint I have has nothing to do with the restaurant, you have to pay for parking even at night. It's a small thing but enough of a hassle that we probably will not be back anytime soon. So 5 stars for Sawmill, 0 stars for Oxford.

The food was delicious and the portions are great for the price. Save room for dessert, the apple pie is pretty amazing. The service is fast and friendly.

This restaurant is quite nice and the food was very good. Atmosphere exceptional and the food was delicious. Try the Sangria it was amazing.

The pork chop I ordered was amazing! BUT, the baked beans were Cambell Soups baked beans. Very disappointed with that. For $14.99 I was expecting to have homemade baked beans. The potatoes logs as they wee called were nothing more than wedge cut potatoes. It didn't seem as we remembered it.

We usually order takeout. They have really good fries. The rest of the food is average pub food.

I've ate at Sawmill Grill several times and had great experiences and decided this year to host company party here. 2 weeks ago we had a company Christmas Party for 16 people. Unfortunately, the young woman I spoke with the day after Thanksgiving, lost my reservation. The staff was very apologetic and accommodating and we were seated within 45 minutes. Overall, our party was a success; however, the cook forgot my steak and it was overcooked by the time I received it (ordered medium rare, received medium well). Service was excellent during the meal, but dessert was not offered and we were simply handed our check.

The burger was okay, the fries were AMAZING and the service was on point. Staff was helpful, attentive, and friendly. Friend Twinkie was fantastic too! Well decorated inside too.

Hubby got 2 orders of chicken and biscuits tonight for dinner. Chicken over cooked and hardly any gravy. For the money not all that great. We have eaten here many times before with no issues

Husband and I decided to celebrate our 19th wedding anniversary with dinner at The Sawmill Grill. Everything was terrific, served hot and fast.

Food and service was great! Had lunch with my family after touring the Herr's factory. Tour guide dropped the name saying the beef comes from a farm where the cows eat fallen chips from the factory. Best burger I've had in a while. Nice decor and beer selection too. Can't wait to take my husband there soon!

Our food was delicious! Probably one if the best homemade garden burgers I've ever had. As a vegetarian for 19 years, that's saying something. Also loved the fried Twinkies. Just had to try them. They come with two. Cute atmosphere.

The raspberry tea is delicious! The food is made with quality ingredients and is priced affordably. I loved my buffalo chicken waffle sandwich with unique fries.
